GG.Road to RIO EP2 RULES.

1. The Promoter of this Draw (hereinafter referred to as "Draw") is MaxEnt Limited, registered under the laws of the Malta, with its registered address at JPR Buildings, Level 1, Triq Taz-Zwejt, San Gwann, SGN3000, MALTA, registered number C47261 (hereinafter referred to as "Promoter"). Every Person, who participates in this Draw, hereinafter shall be referred to as "participant" or "you".

2. In order to be able to participate in the Draw each of the following conditions must apply:

2.1 Participant must be at least 18 years old.

2.2 Participant has a registered, active account on gg.bet Website.

2.3 By Participating in the Draw, you agree to be bound by these GG.Road to Rio EP2 Rules (hereinafter referred to as "Rules"), ggbet.com Terms and Conditions (https://ggbet.com/en/rules) and applicable legislation.

3. To participate in the Draw, you shall do the following:

3.1 During the term of the Draw, activate a promo-code “S02E02” on your account.

3.2. Place at least one bet in the amount not less than AUD 15, BRL 50, CAD 12, CNY 60, EUR 8, JPY 1000, NOK 100, RUB 700, SEK 90, UAH 250, USD 8, on the events of ESL One Birmingham 2020 Online, that resulted in your win.

3.3 Only single or express bets are eligible to enter the Draw.

3.4. Disciplines of ESL One Birmingham 2020 Online that take part in this Draw: Dota 2.

3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to exclude each participant from the Draw in its sole discretion and without the obligation to explain such decision. The Promoter does not warrant or make any representations regarding the outcomes of the Draw and reserves the rights to suspend this Draw or choose a Winner on its own discretion.

4. Draw Conditions.

4.1 The Draw start at 16:00 of May 8 of the year 2020 and ends at 00:00 of June 7 of the year 2020.

4.2 For each won bet (restrictions of section 3.2, 3.3, 3.4 apply) on the events of ESL One Birmingham 2020 Online, you will gain amount of points equal to the odds of such match (for example Team A is playing with Team B. The odds of winning of Team A in this match is 2.32, and you made a bet on this. If your bet won you will gain 2.32 points). Points will be awarded only after code activation.

4.3. Participants who will score the most amount of points will receive the following prizes:

First place – gaming armchair. The image of the armchair in promotional materials doesn't match the armchair that the winner will get. In case it is impossible or difficult to deliver the armchair to the winner’s address, the Organizer reserves the right to credit the equivalent of 350 euros in the form of a bonus to the winner’s account on the gg.bet website.

Places from 2 to 11 – Ogre Magi arcane to your Steam account.

Places from 12 to 31 – 10 USD promo-codes (promo-code restrictions apply) for gg.bet redeemable for 1 month.

4.4. Top 100 participants who acquired the most amount of points during this Draw will be eligible for 1 pass to enter the Bonus draw with a chance to win a trip to CS: GO Major (presumably in November 2020, unless it is cancelled) which will happen in Rio De Janeiro for one person with no additional cost (Conditions apply). In order to participate in the Bonus draw, you will have to maintain an active account on gg.bet

4.5 The Winners will be notified on the winning on this Draw via the email they used to register the account on gg.bet. If you will not respond to such a message within 72 hours, from the moment it was sent, your right for the prize will be annulled.

5. The Prize Conditions.

5.1 The Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash.

5.2 The Winner shall be solely responsible for fees, taxes and levies, that may arise in the consequence of Prize acceptance.

5.3 In case if the following conditions apply, the Prize will not be delivered and the right to obtain the Prize shall be passed to another person who under the Rules of the Draw received consecutive place and so on until a person accepts the Prize:

5.3.1 The Winner declines to accept the Prize proposed by the Promoter;

5.3.2 In case if a Winner violates or otherwise cannot comply with this Rules or Terms and Conditions of gg.bet (https://gg.bet/en/rules);

5.3.3 In case if the Promoter won't be able to get in contact with the Winner. This rule shall be applied if the Winner, upon getting a notification on the winning of the Prize does not contact the Promoter within 3 (three) days from the date of the notification.

6. Final Provisions.

6.1 The Promoter and its officers, agents, licensors, affiliates, contractors or other third-party providers are not liable for incidental, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, including loss of revenues or profits, loss of data, in any way related to the service or for any claim, loss or injury based on your participation on the Draw, even if such damage, claims, losses or injuries were foreseen or foreseeable by the Promoter.

6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, modify, change, postpone, suspend or cancel this Draw or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter deems necessary.
