Pyth Retired From CS: GO And Joined VALORANT Community

One of the former NiP and professional Counter-Strike: Global Offensive players Jacob 'Pyth' Mourujärvi decided to retire from his favorite in the past game and join the new Riot Games' FPS players community, named VALORANT.

How it Happened

One of the top Ninja in Pigamas player Pyth wrote on his Twitter on the 7th of May at 7:14 PM: "Retiring from CS: GO." This statement also has a link to his official comments about the entire situation.

"I just failed to acquire any kind of professional teams, that can get me back on the greatest planks of the professional scene," said he. "I just can't perform no more in my highest ability while I am the part of the CS: GO community."

"Last few years, I've felt that I have never managed to get back to the level I once was on," continued Pyth. "I can't find a place where I belong in the world of CS no more. So, probably, it would be more reasonable for me to join another game community."

Few Words about the Past of the Pyth

For a long period of time Jacob 'Pyth' Mourujärvi was a part of the NiP roaster and helped his team to win lots of competitions, including DreamHack Masters Malmö in 2016 and IEM Oakland.

As Jacob was a part of the highest-ranked players in the CS community, he probably will not face any troubles while seeking a new professional team in his new favorite game VALORANT.
