GG.BET is collecting donations for a Ukrainian hospital
Here at GG.BET, we believe that shooting and explosions have no place outside the world of games.
That’s why we’ve teamed up with the All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation "Krona" to collect donations ahead of PGL Major Antwerp 2022. The money collected will be used to by surgical equipment for a hospital in southern Ukraine.
Join us and help doctors save adults and children who have been injured in the fighting.
Between May 16 and 22, we’ll be attempting to raise €24,500 to buy expensive equipment for Zaporizhzhia Regional Clinical Children’s Hospital, which has been taking in injured adults and children from the southern and eastern regions of Ukraine under fire from the Russian army. These areas include Mariupol, Vasylivka, Popasna, Marinka, and dozens of other towns and cities.
The doctors there are in need of 4 vacuum aspirators and 4 patient monitors. Aspirators remove excess liquid from wounds, airways, and the space between organs to reduce the risk of infection and help with the healing process. Monitors read patients’ vital signs during and after operations.
From May 16, you can donate online, and from May 19 to 22, visitors to the Major will be able to donate at the Antwerps Sportpaleis arena in a special GG.BET #StandWithUkraine zone.
