According to the statement of Tom Pelissero reported this Thursday, the NFL-NFLPA protocols are still not been finalized. According to the latest information, the protocols that have been shown to the clubs this Tuesday, are still proceeding and have not been agreed yet.
"There is still work in progress. Football is a sport that implies a close physical contact, so probably, development of the good rules are pretty uneasy task,'' said Tom Pelissero. "We hope that very soon, we will come to the agreement between the players and clinicians."

The fans will not be allowed to sit on the stadium chairs. Players will be transported to stadiums by bus, and only by bus. All media and other workers will be prohibited from access to the locker rooms. That all the bans agreed for today.
