5.16. Masking IP or location is not allowed, and we reserve the right to close any accounts and void any bets, bonus and winnings if the account was created or used through the use of IP or geolocation masking technologies including but not limited to VPN, VPS, proxy servers and datacenters.

5.17. The use of VPN (Virtual Private Network), VPS (Virtual Private Server), proxies and connections via datacenters is strictly prohibited. 5.19. We reserve the right to transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge the Terms, in whole or in part, to any person, provided that any such assignment will be on the same terms or terms that are no less advantageous to you.

6. User Accounts & Account Security ^ back to top

6.1. reserves the right to deny or retract, any or all User screen names and/or user names, whether before, during and after these names have been issued or validated.

6.2. Opening of a Real Money Account on is only granted to individuals of at least 18 years.

6.9. Maxent Limited is entitled to terminate this Agreement immediately on notice (or attempted notice) to the Account Holder at the email address that was provided to Maxent Limited.

6.10. If Maxent Limited has cancelled the players account on the ground of failure to comply with the safety instructions or fraudulent activities, the account balance shall be inaccurate and considered lost.

7. Inactive & Dormant accounts ^ back to top

7.1. If the Account Holder does not access their account for any continuous period of 12 calendar months, their account shall be deemed Inactive.

7.2. Following 12 months of uninterrupted inactivity, shall send a reminder email to the user via the email saved in their account profile. From this point onward, the user shall have 30 days to login into their account in order to reactivate it. If no login is registered within the 30-day period, 5€ will be deducted from the balance, starting with the Real Money first. If the balance is less than 5€ then the whole amount will be deducted.

7.3. shall send a reminder email every month and in case of continuing no activity, will keep deducting 5€ per month till balance reaches 0€. If balance reaches 0€, no further charges will be applicable.

7.4. In the eventuality of an account being inactive for more than 12 months and account balance is of 0€, has the right to close the users account.

7.5. If the Account holder does not access their account for any continuous of 30 calendar months, their account shall be deemed Dormant.

7.6. Following 30 months of uninterrupted inactivity, shall send a reminder email to the user and try to make phone contact via the relevant information saved in their account profile. From this point onward, the user will have 30 days to log into their account in order to reactivate it and claim the remaining funds. If no log in is registered within this 30-day period, in accordance with the legislation, the remaining balance will be handed over to the competent Authority.

8.1. may process any personal data of clients in accordance with applicable data protection laws including, but not limited to, processing customer's account and payments, keeping records and verifying identity and fraud investigation. 8.4. User is aware and consents to the recording of all website use, electronic mails and telephone calls between them and Maxent Limited These recordings will be sole property of the company and may be used as evidence in the event of any dispute or to improve customer services.

8.5. If a user wins an amount of 10,000.00 [ten thousand euro] or more using the Software or the Service, the user grants Maxent Limited authorization to use the users nickname or initials as part of any marketing and promotional needs.

8.6. In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) legislation there is an obligation to undertake Enhanced Customer Due Diligence (ECDD) on those clients who are classified as a Politically Exposed Person (PEP). It is your obligation to inform us of a change to your status as a PEP or Non-PEP should it change at any time in the future.

9. Financial Obligations, Payments & Winnings ^ back to top

9.3. Maxent Limited checks all transactions to ensure prevention of any money laundering attempts. If, at any time we suspect that there may be money laundering activity through use of our website(s), we reserve the right to demand further information from the customer(s) involved, as may deem appropriate. Maxent Limited will immediately report any transactions that it deems suspicious to the relevant authorities.

9.4. Winnings are subject to verification procedures before payment is made. While we will do our utmost to process your withdrawals to the method of your choice, please understand that withdrawal requests are on a preferred basis only. It is ultimately the casinos decision as to which payment method your withdrawal will be directed to. The casino reserves the right to cancel your withdrawal and re-direct it to a payment method of their choice should this be necessary.

If a User deposits money via multiple payment solutions, we will need to confirm that the User is the account holder of each specified payment method and/or bank account individually, therefore reserve the right to request all documentation necessary, including a bank statement to confirm that payment accounts belong to the user in question. We reserve the right to withhold any outgoing payments until all payment methods have been verified.

9.10. Maxent Limited shall not make a payment or process a withdrawal of any amount out of a user's casino account to a user until he is deemed to be a KYC Verified Customer by which we mean that users details and any payment methods registered have been verified and confirmed.

9.11. Maxent Limited reserves the right to take any measures and adopt any procedures to obtain the verification of identity of a User. Where suspects that the transaction may be related to illegal activity such as money laundering, we shall not proceed with such transaction and shall have the right to close said Users account and disclose details of such transaction to the Financial Crime Unit in Malta.

9.12. Should the player choose to ignore or refuse to send in their documents for KYC verification after three official attempts to do so are made on the casinos part, then the latter has sufficient grounds to take immediate and final action after thirty days have elapsed from the first request. Actions may include the closure of said account and the forfeiting of any balances. 9.15. The user acknowledges that we reserve the right to request proof of deposit into users Casino accounts for all alternative payment methods, at any moment.

9.16. The maximum pay-out for any one 24-hour period differs by payment method and specific customer type. The daily maximum pay-out in the casino excludes winnings on progressive casino games, pay-outs of which are governed by the Jackpot amount.

9.17. You hereby guarantee that all information you submit to Maxent Limited is and will be true and accurate, and you agree to pay all fees you incur for using the service. You agree to promptly notify Maxent Limited if any of the information you have supplied changes.

9.18. Maxent Limited reserves the right to set any maximum amount of funds that can be deposited or wagered per timeframe or transaction on your account.

9.19. Should funds be credited to a Users Account in error, it is the client's responsibility to notify Maxent Limited of the error without delay. Any winnings linked in any way to such error, shall be deemed invalid and returned to Maxent Limited.

9.20. It is not possible to transfer money from one member account to another.

9.21. In order to thwart potential money laundering attempts a deposit must be wagered a minimum of at least two and up to a required five times before being withdrawn, at Casino discretion. The casino may choose to not process withdrawals for a player should the players lifetime real money wagering not accrue to at least five times the total amount of funds deposited to the casino. Notwithstanding the absolute minimum of one time turnover of any deposit, multiple turnover requirements allowed by this clause will not be enforced by the casino without appropriate justification communicated to the player, such as recording of consistent minimum turnovers of subsequent deposits on carefully selected low margin games in order to minimize loss of funds on turnover.

9.22. Players who stack deposits will fall under increased scrutiny, meaning the casino may limit withdrawals for the player to payment methods of the casinos choice.

9.23. Deposit patterns and money movements in formats that show signs of attempts to cycle funds without a realistic attempt at natural gameplay will incur a charge proportional to the deposited amount, at the casinos discretion.

9.24. Maximum withdrawal amount for non-jackpot winnings from the Casino is capped at 20,000 per month, split over 5,000 per week.

10.6. All players opting to take a break (timeout) from any of our brands will be restricted to that particular brand for which they requested a temporary exclusion. Other brands will not be affected by this request.

11. Misuse of Accounts & Fraudulent Behaviour^ back to top

11.1. Maxent Limited holds a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate play and fraudulent activity. If, at the Casinos sole discretion, the Account Holder is found to have cheated or attempted to defraud the Casino, which includes the use of stolen credit cards, or any other fraudulent activity (including any chargeback or other reversal of a payment) or prohibited transaction (including money laundering) or by taking advantage of a technical fault that has occurred, the Casino reserves the right to suspend and/or close the users Account and to share this information to other online gaming sites, banks, credit card companies, and appropriate agencies.

11.2. Use of more than one account per physical user is known as "multi-accounting" and as such is considered an act of fraud.
If we suspect multiple registered accounts are linked to the same user, whether in his own name or different names, we will permanently close all the users accounts and withhold any winnings made through real money or bonus money gameplay including cancelling all the transactions pertaining to any such user who acted with the intent of defrauding the Casino.

11.3. The casino reserves the right to suspend your account pending investigation in the event of the casino having reasonable grounds for suspecting that you have been involved in any form of collusion, syndication or fraud. Any participation in the Games is at their sole option, discretion and risk. By playing the Games, they acknowledge that they do not find the Games or Services to be offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent in any way.

11.5. In order to abide with anti-money laundering legislation, a user may only de-activate an active payment method by providing a valid reason that is supported by sufficient covering documentation. Failure to do so may result in your account being suspended or closed, at casino discretion.

13.1. A user agrees that the Software and Service provided may become open to promotional abuse. Should such arise, the Casino may impose specific conditions in relation to awarded bonus and the user shall refrain from employing gameplay with intent to abuse said offer.

13.2. 13.2.3.
