This patch affects only two small things in the whole game. Unfortunately, no changes to hero balance will not show up. Those two things are:
- Monkey King Bar
- Helm of Dominator
The Monkey King Bar, since the patch will be released, will get reduced creep damage. Now it will give not +40 damage, but just +25. And the cost of the recipe will increases up to 250 gold.
The Helm of Dominator will face small changes. The only difference that happened with that item is just a cost change. Since patch 7.27 will be released, it will cost 350 gold.
According to the official statement of the Valve, the patch will show up somewhere in the next week.
